Wonderful stay with attentive service
helpful staff great location
My visit was amazing. The hotel staff helped organize taxis and provided local insights. I enjoyed witnessing the Republic Day parade from the hotel. Governor took the salute. The location is fantastic (it is close to everything).
I noticed that the hotel has dated furniture, and some pieces need updating. The squeaky furniture was a slight nuisance.

The hotel boasts two high-quality restaurants, each providing an excellent culinary experience. The breakfast service has a great variety. The chefs paid close attention to the special menu items during the festivals.

The hotel offers a cozy swimming pool, ideal for relaxation, though it lacks a shallow end. The spa area was wonderful. The massage was very relaxing and refreshing after long walks (I recommend it).

Located right on the promenade, this hotel provides excellent access to the city. It is overlooking the Bay of Bengal. The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the White Town area and other attractions.

A Decent Stay

My stay included a room that was quite spacious. It was a Beautiful Sea View Room (I could watch the sunrise from my window!). The hotel also offered a very convenient location right on the main promenade.
The furniture seemed a bit old. The bathroom could use some updating (the showerhead was a bit rusty). The noise from nearby traffic was noticeable at times.

A coastal daydream fulfilled

The room was spacious. it offered a good view. the bed was so comfortable. Housekeeping kept everything super clean. I appreciated their careful attention to detail. i also loved the rooftop restaurant, it had fantastic views. The food was delicious and well presented.
I found the check-in process a little slow. There was a slight delay before i received my room key. it was not too long though.

The hotel is situated perfectly, directly across from the sea and within easy walking distance of White town. This made exploring local attractions very simple, and i could easily return for a rest when needed.

Staff members were attentive. They always greeted guests warmly and responded quickly to any requests. i watched as they helped another guest carry her bag.
